How Babylon Intelligence handles information collected through this website.

Last updated: 28 August 2026

What this policy covers

This policy covers the information this website collects, which is the contact form and the analytics described further down. It does not cover information you give us any other way — by email, by phone, or in a meeting.

What the contact form collects

The form asks for five things: your name, your organisation, your email address, your phone number, and your message. The phone number is optional; the rest are required so that we can identify and answer your inquiry.

We also record the IP address the form was submitted from. It appears in the notification email that reaches us, and in our server logs. We use it for one thing: limiting how many submissions can come from the same address within an hour, which is what stops the form being used for bulk or automated mail. It is not used to identify you, and it is not combined with anything else.

Why we collect it

For one purpose: to read your inquiry and reply to it.

We do not use it for marketing. We do not build a profile of you. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone outside the companies listed under Processors below.

Where it goes, and how long we keep it

Your message is delivered as an email, by Resend, to a company inbox hosted on Gmail. It is not copied into a database, a CRM, or a spreadsheet. That email is the only record we hold of what you wrote.

We delete it from the inbox 15 days after it arrives.

The copy of the IP address used for rate limiting is different: it is held in memory only, for the hour that the limit covers, and is gone after that. It is not written to a database and we keep no log of it. The copy inside the notification email is deleted with that email, on the same 15-day schedule.

Who sees it inside the company

The inbox is managed by our reception staff, who forward inquiries to our development team.

Processors

Three companies handle data on our behalf. There are no others.

  • Resend — delivers the contact form email.
  • Google — hosts the company inbox the message arrives in, through Gmail, and measures how the site is used, through Google Analytics, which runs only if you accept it.
  • Vercel — hosts this website.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors move through the pages: which sections are read, which are skipped, and roughly where visitors are. It runs only if you accept it.

When it runs, Google Analytics sets cookies whose names begin with _ga. They hold a randomly generated identifier, so that repeat visits from the same browser are counted as one visitor rather than several. They do not carry your name, your email address, or anything you type into the contact form.

Nothing analytics-related loads before you choose. If you decline, the script is never requested at all. If you accept and later change your mind, use Cookie settings in the footer: we delete the _ga cookies and reload the page so nothing is left running.

We run no advertising on this site and send no advertising signals to Google. For what Google does with the data it receives, see their own policy.

Your information, and how to ask about it

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it before the 15 days have passed. Write to info@babylon-intelligence.com and say which of the three you want. Include the email address you used in the form, so that we can find your message.

Because the only record is a single email in a single inbox, these requests are usually quick to answer.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq.
